Ask for your information

If you rent, or rented, from a landlord who uses Propmo, you can ask them for a copy of the personal information they keep about you, or ask them to delete it. You do not need a Propmo account.

How it works

  1. Fill in the form. We email you a link to confirm the address is yours.
  2. Once you confirm, we pass your request to any landlord using Propmo whose tenant records match your email or phone number. Your landlord decides what to release and answers you, normally within 30 days.
  3. Your landlord may keep some records the law requires them to keep, such as rent records for tax, and will tell you which.

For your privacy, we never email your information, and we will not tell you whether any records were found: only your landlord can answer that. See our privacy policy.

What are you asking for?

Use the address your landlord has for you. We will email it a link to confirm the request.

The number your landlord has for you, if they might not have your email.

For example your unit, or the dates you lived there. Do not include ID numbers.

We use what you enter here only to confirm your email address and pass your request to the landlord whose records match. We keep a record of the request; an unconfirmed request is deleted about a week after its link expires.
